Remastered Wellness 12-Week Transformation Scholarship Giveaway

1. Sponsor. Remastered Wellness, 11227 Lebanon Rd, Suite F1, Mount Juliet, TN 37122 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older, are not current clients of Sponsor, and can attend visits at the Mount Juliet, TN studio. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins October 5, 2026 and ends on the earlier of (a) the date all 20 of Sponsor’s October new-client spots are filled or (b) October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter. Book and complete a free consultation with Sponsor during the Entry Period, either in person at the studio or by phone. The consultation is free and no purchase or payment of any kind is required. Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize. One (1) Remastered University 12-Week Transformation program (approximate retail value $3,200), including a medical evaluation and bloodwork, a personalized protocol from a licensed provider, a meal plan and workout program, coaching check-ins every 2 weeks, and a week-12 bloodwork retest and body-composition scan. Any medication or medical treatment is provided only if a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate after evaluation. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted by phone, text, or email within three (3) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Personal information is used only to administer the giveaway and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Individual results from any program vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Platform Release. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or Google. Participants release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.
